Under the gracious directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - and the follow-up of His Highness, the trustworthy Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him -, the Kingdom's Vision 2030 was launched with the National Transformation Program 2020 to form The beginning of a new phase in the Kingdom's march to the future. Our wise government is keen to focus on the social development of all, in line with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations, which emphasize the empowerment of persons with disabilities to reach the highest levels of their independence and societal integration, and an embodiment of the spirit of constructive cooperation and social responsibility between the private and public sectors, the idea of establishing the Autism Center of Excellence in the Kingdom came to bring about a quantum leap in providing high-level rehabilitation services for children and adults with autism, training families and raising community awareness about this disorder, providing professional development programs for practitioners, conducting and supporting applied research, in addition to providing services Vocational rehabilitation and housing solutions for people with autism spectrum disorder. To complete this approach, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development signed an agreement with the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia to establish this center with the generous support of all Saudi banks in the Kingdom to serve as an independent legal entity concerned with the care and development of people with autism spectrum disorder in the Kingdom and to raise the level of services it provides to be a monument to be proud of in the Kingdom and the whole world. Today, we are proud of the Center and with our achievements and our qualified national cadres, and we look forward with confidence to a brighter future that our hands will build, and the tomorrow generations will gain.
