Program description:
Home Rehabilitation Care Package: A group of sessions in which evaluation and therapeutic sessions are provided in one of the following specialties: applied behavior analysis, speech and language therapy, or occupational therapy. In addition to the service of providing clinical supervision, delivering a written report on the treatment plan, reporting the level of progress, and writing recommendations.
