CARF grants international accreditation to rehabilitation centers. It assesses the centers’ compliance with internationally recognized standards for providing high-quality and effective rehabilitation services for people with disabilities, such as autism and similar developmental disorders.
CARF accreditation aims to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and compliance with internationally recognized standards for programs and services in institutions, striving to meet the needs of beneficiaries and their families while ensuring efficiency, quality, and satisfaction with the services provided.

It aims to enable persons with disabilities to obtain suitable employment opportunities and provide them with all the facilities and tools that help them achieve success. It also encourages private sector establishments to provide a work environment conducive to persons with disabilities, according to specific standards and requirements, enabling establishments to obtain the necessary license to employ them.
